This was our first year with a new backyard irrigation system so we needed shutdown service done for the first time. In a city where it can be hard to find good service, I can't recommend Rooftop Drops enough. The team they sent for my maintenance and some new installations was great and very considerate. They showed up right on time, made a concerted effort to keep everything inside and outside clean, and took the time to explain the systems to me. The install just looks great too, nice clean lines and no extra cables, which as a homeowner is important to me.
As an interior designer who recently completed a major renovation for a client with a large rooftop terrace, I highly recommend Rooftop Drops. They are a great team player who works well with landscape architects, designers and gardeners. Their technicians are knowledgeable and friendly, their office communication is easy and effective and their prices are competitive.
