In a city where it can be hard to find good service, I can't recommend Rooftop Drops enough. The team they sent for my maintenance and some new installations was great and very considerate. They showed up right on time, made a concerted effort to keep everything inside and outside clean, and took the time to explain the systems to me. The install just looks great too, nice clean lines and no extra cables, which as a homeowner is important to me.

This was our first year with a new backyard irrigation system so we needed shutdown service done for the first time. Rooftop Drops quickly and easily scheduled us during a busy season and the process was very smooth. The technician who serviced the property, Nick, was exceptional.
