My husband and I had a wonderful experience at the Rooftop Spa to celebrate our anniversary in January. The staff was kind and welcoming, and our therapists were amazing! We look forward to returning when we're back in Napa in June.
DON’T go, unprofessional & terrible customer service. The rude front desk staff, told me I didn’t have an appt bc it was canceled by THEM. Basically they can cancel if they please! Her reasoning is it’s “not guaranteed” - then why allow booking online! Don’t get a spa here. Manager needs to retrain this location asap!
Wonderful spa experience. I did the deep rest sound bath with light head, neck and feet massage with Nancy and it was so relaxing! I also had a deep tissue massage with a different Nancy which was again, marvelous. I would highly recommend any of their services. Lovely team
The absolute slowest service on the planet… cool place but these servers are sloooooow. Been here 3 times this week and same story every time. Tonight they sat us and after 15 minutes we finally just walked to the bar and ordered drinks. Why can good allow for zero or negative stars… this place would deserve such.
Today was my mom’s birthday. It was myself, my two sisters and my mom. From the moment we arrived at the Rooftop Spa in Napa, Ca. we were Immediately greeted with kindness and warmth. It was genuine professionalism and not the kind I’ve seen so many times with the fake smiles. The Quality of service was five star treatment, we were shown to our changing room, everything was explained, and all of our questions answered.
