They did not show up with the right camera for chimney inspection on the first visit so I had to make time for another appointment. I also asked for a dryer vent inspection which they were not knowledgeable about. They said they would have the office call me back for repairs they said has to made. Five days later no news. I got another company to do what needed to be done in the mean time.
They did a great job coming to inspect our system - excellent communications, friendly technician, very helpful in explaining situation.
Great company, completed work quickly and not too expensive.
Punctual, professional, and helpful. Will definitely use their services again!
