I had a terrible experience with this company. I called them about roof leaks, and they sent someone out who I assumed was a repair technician — but he turned out to be a salesman. He sweet-talked me and promised that everything would be repaired for a set price. We signed a contract, and I paid a deposit. They originally wanted a 50% deposit, which I felt was excessive, so we negotiated it down to 30%.
