I had a terrible experience with this company. I called them about roof leaks, and they sent someone out who I assumed was a repair technician — but he turned out to be a salesman. He sweet-talked me and promised that everything would be repaired for a set price. We signed a contract, and I paid a deposit. They originally wanted a 50% deposit, which I felt was excessive, so we negotiated it down to 30%. We had several companies to come and inspect our roof for a leak from the chimney until we called roof tek from Ocala and Hunter and Casey did an exceptional Job and fixed with outstanding professional performance Thank you Hunter and Casey!!
I hired Roof tech. The person who came out was very friendly and knew what he was talking about . My dog loved him right there was a big plus. But anyway, I did sign up with them and within two days I had a new roof. The foreman of the job kept me informed on what was going on and I also got a call from their office.
