I contacted Ballina Rooftech on 31 March 2025 and the woman who answered the phone was abrupt, rude, angry and condescending. I said I had noticed a damp patch on my ceiling. Sight unseen, she insisted it would be a serious leak which couldn't be repaired, and I would need a new roof. She said sarking can't just be repaired, the entire roof would need to be replaced as 30 per cent of my tiles would be rubbish and broken. So very impressed with this company. Had several quotes to reseal and spray our roof. They were very detailed in their quoting and and gave a thorough explanation of what needed extra attention. I would definitely recommend Rooftech in Ballina. It took me ages to find anyone (post February '22 floods) to even give me a quote. It wasn't a big job, but they came to the party and completed the work. Thank you.
