From start to finish our experience with Roof Tech (Tim Allen) was amazing!! We noticed water dripping in our attic and reached out. Tim was there when he said he’d be, worked with our insurance adjuster to make sure we were taken care of the way we deserved, explained everything in full detail to what the plan would be on the day of getting the roof done, came out the next day to make sure all was good and has continued to check in since we’ve have some bad storms in the days after getting the roof replaced!! Roof Tech did a phenomenal job from start to finish. They took care of the entire insurance claims process. They did exactly what they said they would do and completed everything when in the timeframe that they said they would be completed. They were on time and very professional throughout the entire process. I would highly recommend using them.
Tim Allen was great! He diligently inspected my porch roof that was leaking. He found multiple things the previous roofer had done poorly. He took pictures and discussed my options. Since I am putting my house on the market, Tim walked me through the best options. He returned a quote for the work within a few days. He scheduled the work within 7- 10 days after.
