I got lucky when William Gomez left his business card at my house. I had roof damage from hail and wind and had filed a claim in May of 2024. Allstate came out and did an inspection and was going to repair $678 worth of damage and said the storm damage was old and that’s all they were going to do. I called William from Roof Tech and he came out and did an inspection and said he could get them to cover my roof replacement. RoofTech was very fast and efficient in assessing our roof, explaining what needed to be fixed, and doing the repairs. Tim Allen was a pleasure to work with and I would highly recommend RoofTech.
From start to finish our experience with Roof Tech (Tim Allen) was amazing!! We noticed water dripping in our attic and reached out. Tim was there when he said he’d be, worked with our insurance adjuster to make sure we were taken care of the way we deserved, explained everything in full detail to what the plan would be on the day of getting the roof done, came out the next day to make sure all was good and has continued to check in since we’ve have some bad storms in the days after getting the roof replaced!!
