Great Salesman, named Zack, walked through process, without being too salesy. Internal teams were great at taking care of HOA paperwork. Scheduled and installed within one month of estimate. Great install team, kept my area spotless. Did not leave until everything was clean and inspected. Totally trusted Tip Top through the entire engagement.
Zach and Margo were wonderful to work with and always provided me with clear, up to date progress on my very large total roof replacent project. The roof is stunning, thanks to their extremely hardworking professional installers. Kudos to them.
Tip Top did a great job. Starting with an inspection and personal detailed review of the proposal. The installers were hard working skilled people that cared about doing a good job. Clean up was thorough. Follow up on small issues where quickly respond too and handled as promised.
