Had a great experience with this company from the thorough quote process to the completion of the works necessary. Completely understood my concerns and priorities with our roofing issues. I found all of the contractors and trades involved to be skilled and courteous. Great communication from everyone involved as well which I really appreciated. Administration team were likewise very professional and efficient. Highly recommended.
We have had an excellent experience with Paula and her team and cannot recommend Roof Rite highly enough. Our commercial premises is now secure and watertight and looks fabulous, but most of all the entire Roof Rite team have been amazing going over and above to assist us resolving an unexpected 16 month issue that arose with a utility provider. A1 service and workmanship all round, thanks Roof Rite!
Very disappointed to see the "professionals" you hire that drive around with the company name for the world to see. Nearly hit me twice on Bell St, Ivanhoe (11:01am 28th July 2025) while texting and driving. I beeped him, he opened his window, and then abused and threatened me. Not a great look
Have asked for a quote for colourbond roof and guttering replacement. Contractor came to inspect and was showed around. Following this , kindly followed up with receptionist regarding quote when it might get issued., no response. Apalling customer service. If you cant provide quote and genuinely accept a job, at least respond to the customer instead of making the customer linger around with zero communication. A waste of time. Not recommended.
