Roofrite have a refined process and undertook our project of 5 Velux rooflites seamlessly. The team sent in to carry out the work were great value, very clean, polite and communicated well. We opted to do the final sand and paint ourself - the plaster finish was so good it only required a very light sand. We much appreciated their effort, great team thanks again. We highly recommend
We loved working with this company. Every single one of their staff were terrific: punctual, polite, and trustworthy. Their work was excellent: no more leaks. I waited before I posted because I wanted to be sure that our roof was fixed. Absolutely brilliantly fixed - we have survived heaps of rainy weather and not a drop to be seen anywhere inside. To be clear, we have had two other companies attempt to fix our roof in the past with no success....third time was the charm! : )
Caution re: skylights. I really dislike writing negative reviews but I feel I must warn others of our experience because unfortunately there were too many errors and problems to ignore. Our roof is a simple insulated sandwich board construction with no cavity and full access available prior to the job. Outstanding customer support. Returned from a holiday to find a top layer of our velux skylight shattered with no sign of impact. Not only did I receive a phone call the next morning (used contact form on website at 7pm), I received a confirmation email that afternoon regarding processing of the replacement. After receiving within a day a quote that’s valid for 30 days, I then also received a phone call to let me know it would be covered under warranty by Velux. Excellent from start to finish on stage 1 cladding a wall in Colorbond. Stage 2 ( verandah & partial roof replacement ) on track for a few weeks away. Great communication & expertise by all concerned. They are happy to do several on-site pre construction visits - which in my case will avert a hiccup in works that was not obvious on first inspection. Thanks Jamie & Terry for that ! Also great at tweaking things if necessary. Nothing is too much trouble. Many thanks & happy to recommend.
