I just had a new roof installed by Roofology of the Carolinas and I have had an excellent experience throughout the entire process. First, the job coordinator / facilitator named Adam is incredible. Kason and his team were excellent! My parents’ roof had been leaking and was an issue for far too long. Kason took the time to talk to me and put them quickly on the schedule. The process was seamless from start to finish. Roofology is professional and pays attention to details. Kason treated my parents’ home like it was his own and went the extra mile for us. It is really admirable when a company is backed with integrity in their work. Highly recommend.
I have hired Roofology of the Carolinas twice now for some work that needed done on my roof and I am very happy with how things have turned out on both occasions. For this last one, they seamlessly removed an old satellite/antenna and a water deflector, and did a sanity check of my entire roof to make sure it will last as long as possible (it’s an old roof) which resulted in a couple of patches. They have also had a quick turnaround for both asks. I highly recommend working with them.
