I got refrigerated air which is great, my problem with Roof Now is that apparently the 5 ton unit has a ten year warranty which I have no paperwork of as yet! I've tried calling the company many many times and finally got a hold of a guy named Joel, said he would get back with me still waiting for a call back. This is totally unacceptable. I've been trying to get assistance because my solar panels are not working and the Puronics shows needs service. I reached out to Luis and he told me the "techs" were going to come and it's been 2 weeks and no one has come. I call Luis and Alberto and they don't answer me. I call the numbers listed in the website and in Google and no answer or numbers no longer in service.
