I am very disappointed with the service at Roofmart Dorval. I purchased an acrylic skylight for my building, but after installation, I noticed water infiltration due to water accumulation between the two acrylic panes. When I went to the store for assistance, they couldn't resolve the issue because the supplier does not offer any legal warranty on this product. J'ai également demandé un devis pour les produits Davinci. Après 1 semaine d'attente aucunes nouvelles, j'ai ensuite envoyé un courriel et aucune réponse. Mise à jour: J'ai finalement reçu la soumission suite à l'intervention du propriétaire. Donc malgré la confusion, je reconnais que c'est une entreprise fiable qui s'implique à régler les problèmes, ce qui m'inspire confiance pour les prochaines transactions.
