Roofio has been one of the least professional companies I've had to work with. The sum of the problems I've had with them are:1. It took 1 year to get the solar panels installed and properly working on our property, after a lot of issues. The sales woman that had made the offer said it would be 6 months at the most.2. The solar panels were supposed to be able to cover our whole electric consumption and provide an extra for winter months. This has not been the case. I love that we were finally able to get solar and that there were programs in place to assist us. I spoke with several companies before deciding on Roofio. The team at Roofio did a really good job, they were fantastic from start to finish with our solar panel installation. They were able to present a very thorough and competitive bid, performed a site visit to confirm exactly what was needed, and our rep was also on site and involved the day of the installation.
