Definitely steer clear of Roofing USA. Did a vent repair for me last year and installed an incorrect vent and now I'm going to have to pay another roofing company to fix what they did. They won't even bother to give me a call back. 😡😡Â
I am pleased with the work that was done to replace my roof. From the initial phone call to the insurance company and the persistence of Daizy(whom seemed to be well versed in handling insurance situations) our issue was finally resolved after 3 months. The repair crew was very prompt and Jim (the site manager) was there to walk me through each stage of the replacement. The work was completed with a through cleanup and included drone pictures. I highly recommend Roofing USA! Bart, Tanner, Owen, Victor and the installation crew were very friendly, professional, timely, and finished my roof replacement in one day. I could not have been more pleased with the process and outcome of working with RUSA! Super Customer Service, excellent workmanship, very thorough clean up afterward, and leave you with drone photos of your new roof.
