I had my roof and gutters replaced recently and let me tell you what. These guys were awesome, my roof looks great, both the gutter and the roofing crews were very cleanly, my yard looked great when each crew finished the job, no trash laying around. The Roofing Company was great to work with. I had a bad experience with a precious roofer years ago that put a 10k lien on my property a and said insurance didn't pay enough and I was responsible. Lane from the roofing company was referred to me. Their contract had it upfront that you never pay for anything insurance doesn't cover unless you add anything on and then it would be in writing if you were wanting to complete. Austin and his crew did a great job, always left at night with everything cleaned up and spent a good deal of time with a big magnet to get the nails picked up. The photos they provided of the work in progress as well as the finished project were very informative. The pre job meeting, they went through line by line what was covered in the contract and answered any questions we had. We would give a solid 5.5 stars
Thank you to Lane and crew for turning a bad situation into a great customer experience! A storm damaged our roof and after a text to Lane he came right over with his crew and secured a temporary cover over the damaged portion. Then Lane helped with all of the communication with the insurance adjuster, pointing out things only a seasoned professional could know.
