Late to writing this review - I wasn't going to since we finally were done with this company and I didn't want to deal with this anymore but I just found nails on our roof and am so upset with RRSA Solon. I'll try to keep this short. We commissioned RRSA to replace our roof and fix some siding. This company overpromises and under delivers. Extremely happy with the work that was provided to us. Salesman Tres come out within 24 hours of me contacting him to evaluate our need. On the day of replacement Project Manager Cody was onsite the entire day to oversee the project and answer any questions. Tres came by to check in, as well and then called later in the evening to double check on everything. Processes were clear and explained upfront. Tres Medlock and his team did a fantastic job. The entire process from start to finish was painless. the work was completed on time and as promised. The installation crew arrived as scheduled, completed their work very professionally and left the work site in the same condition as they found it. Tres personally followed job progress from start to finish and made sure that I was kept informed during the entire process. I recommend RRSA and Tres Medlock without hesitation.
