AWFUL! DO NOT USE! HIred to replace 2 windows. After 1st window, Marcus asked for $200 more cash for 2nd window. I handed it to him. The first installation did not go well (would leave for LONG periods of time, not show up when he told us, etc) and, after he told us window was ordered, we asked simply for the 2nd window - not even to install it. He said it was ordered and he would get it to us when it came in. After some time, I went and saw the window in stock where he said it was ordered from. I told him this via text. He ... read more
