I'm that annoying homeowner who asks a million questions. I admit it. I wanted to know about underlayment about ventilation about ice and water shield everything. The project manager answered every single question without rushing me and even drew diagrams to help me understand. The install was flawless and I feel so confident in my new roof. Knowledgeable patient and skilled.
My HOA was on my case about the old roof looking shabby. These guys handled the whole approval process, got the color matched, and installed it within a week. The board members even complimented the work. With the weather getting colder, Im glad we got it done before winter. Highly recommend them for dealing with HOA nonsense, they made it easy.
