Had 3 quotes after hail storm and ROT was an easy choice after initial inspection. Very transparent and honest and not trying to upsale anything, just finding additional damage missed by insurance. The whole team did a great job from working with my HOA and insurance company for approvals and supplements. Also coordinated for having my windows, fence, and pergola repaired. Contacted David from Roofing On Top about Chimney work and a new Chimney Top. His crew came out within a week or so and had already measured and installed our new Chimney Cap in a matter of hours. Looks better than new and at a great price. His team previously replaced our roof in 2022 and decided to go with his team again for Chimney work.
Great quality for price. Team was extremely professional and polite. Excellent work and perfectly cleaned up before they left. Highly recommend.
Roofing OnTop responded quickly and sent a crew out to inspect roof and then got me on the schedule for repairs. Came out and fixed missing shingles, left the site clean and provided pictures of the work they did. Would definitely use them again
