Randomly ended up with a leak in our roof that was dripping down into our AC units in the attic. Experience with the team was top notch from start to finish. Contacted very quickly. Communicated directly with the team member that assessed the situation and took pictures. Kept in the loop as the team evaluated the best steps, and it turned out to be a simple fix.
