I have worked in property management for years, and this is by far the worst roofing company I have ever dealt with. The roof they built only a few years ago is already falling apart and leaks everywhere, in general, a careless and messy job. Avoid this company, trust me.
Jose Guerrero replaced my whole roof in Hayward back in 2015. Jose kept me informed of the progress and sent me pictures of the project for record. I have not seen any problems in the last 5 years. Job well done.
I am very satisfied with the work Roofing Logistics did on my house. I have two dormers, each with two windows, that were leaking during heavy rains. I also had some pipes on my roof with caps that had rusted and some that had blown entirely off. The initial estimate was quite thorough and gave me several options, depending on how extensive I wanted the repairs to be.
