Disappointed, didn't turn up after I rang a week before and got an estimated price for a downpipe replacement, emailed and rang the day before and on day, no response, When I was offered to start work at 3pm, took the hours because couldn't rely on them turning up and had stayed home all morning and mid afternoon. Have had to book general plumber, this is the 3rd one that's not turned up, and unfortunately the one I will be getting are $200 dearer than most others, but would definitely be reliable, they were booked initially... read more
