Shaun and his team of seasoned roofers were about as good as it gets - at any price. They were punctual, accurate re job-specific information, courteous, and exceptional roofing tradesmen. The job was flawless and the attention to detail re the cleanup was especially impressive to say the least. You'll be hard pressed to find a better outfit in Niagara - or anywhere else for that matter. I highly recommend Roofing Guaranteed.
Those pic's are of my shed, before and after. Shaun, and Chris were amazing yesterday. They had been put through the wringer by Home Depot messing up the order, I don't blame Home Depot, I blame whoever put the order together. Again Roofing Guaranteed did spectacular job, I thank them for committing to finishing the job yesterday. I used Shaun's services to replace my eaves through and facia in Welland however he did not the complete job as quoted. He overcharged me for additional work and did not complete it as promised after waiting a month for him to start!! He is extremely unresponsive, does not answer calls, texts or even emails. 0 customer service. Save yourself the headache and use someone else!
I have nothing but good things to say, replacing a roof can be stressful. Shaun and his crew did a great job, on time for the agreed price with no surprises. His crew was professional and friendly, took the time to explain what they were doing and did a great job cleaning up after they finished. If you're looking to replace your roof this is the company to call. Thank you again Shaun.
