Ben and his crew were excellent! The guys were all nice and kept us in the loop. If I had questions; the one guy who seemed to be in charge would take the time to explain to me. The crew was large so the job was done quickly. We had an issue with the structure of one area of the roof (old home, and had some rotting in one spot that they were shocked hadn’t collapsed yet); they sent us photos and made a suggestion. Highly recommend RoofingDoneRight. They removed and installed the new shingles in only 2 days. The were professional and cleaned up at the end of each day.
Home roof replacement, one day strip and one day shingle install. Crew had to deal with heavy frost on the roof it being November. End result was great ! Clean up was very good. These guys are pro's.
Worst customer service I’ve ever experienced. Never call back, never show up. Had the extended warranty but surprise surprise. Not covered. Tried to get them back to fix the problem and no answer. I’m a businessman myself and could not imagine treating a customer that way. If you want to waste $15000, please call this company but don’t expect to hear from them again. I wish I could give 0 stars for this review
