I have dealt with many roof repair companies over the past years with one in particular who mucks around his schedule and a no show at all the time. Most roofers have failed to provide the right assessment and fixture which overtime leaks/issues starts to occur again after a while. I contacted Mark for a roof leak repair. He was knowledgeable and he really took the time to explain what might be causing the issue and how he would address it. He and his team completed the repair a few days later when the weather was better and he also pointed out other areas, upon my request, that might need attention. He took pictures too, to show me. Overall, the service was straightforward and professional, and he very polite and could not ask for more. His team were exactly the same. Very reasonably priced too.
