AVOID this company if your roof has steep pitches, skylights, multiple chimneys, or soft wood siding. Despite our 5,000 sqft house having these features, the company took two days with a large crew to complete the job poorly. The skylight ended up crooked, they left numerous chips in the siding, and the chimneys weren't done properly. We can not say enough positive remarks about RRSA. The professional service and attention we received from them, from the start of our very lengthy process to the end, was exceptional. The superior customer service and support we received from them isn't all that common anymore, and we feel so fortunate that we chose them to help us with the replacement of our roof after hail damage. Too expensive, and responsables he promised me that if I referred some was going to get $100 for each referral, and I referred three people and three months has go by and no response.
The project was done very fast, little over one day.. They took care of everything and cleaned up beautifully, you can't tell that they were ever here except for the beautiful roof they left behind.
