When I asked for a quote, Cody was right there quickly and got the quote back quickly. He stayed right on top of it while I was waiting on other bids and really wanted our business. Cody and his crew are true professionals. His initial quote was thorough and very clear; we were impressed from the start. He is a very well-organized person and extremely thorough. That was obvious from our initial conversations, and it carried through to the work they performed. We chose a DaVinci roof system (faux slate), and we hired Roofers Elite because they were recommended to us by the manufacturer. Posted August 2024: I paid Cody at Roofer’s Elite a lot of money to put a new standing seam metal roof on our house. He subbed it out to someone else (Kadillac Roofing) who did a horrible job on the metal roof. Since the installation, Cody has made countless promises to us that he will fix all of the errors on the roofing job and “make things right”. He has not done a thing.
