My experience with Roofcrafters was first rate. Greg was friendly, professional and knowledgeable. He inspected the entire roof and found the source of the leak quickly. I had mistakenly identified a different cause that I was prepared to spend much more to fix. He knew this but was happy to tell me a much simpler fix was needed which he did ....free of charge. When Hurricane Ian inflicted damage on my roof, I found myself in urgent need of a fix. My first call was to Roof Crafters to evaluate the extent of the damage. Rich Peterson was great, he kept his word about everything concerning the project.RoofCrafters was on time and kept every scheduled appointment. I am not a roofer and know little about the process and I have had a few other roofs repaired. One that was never repaired properly. Because of this I ask many questions.
