Kim called with the news we were not able to get the services done through our insurance company. She was disappointed to have to give us the news but offered alternatives to help us accomplish our needs. She was very kind and thoughtful.
Such a great experience having Kim as our point person on our roof claim! She was proactive, explained the process clearly, and was such a pleasant person to work with. I would definitely use this company again.
They dragged us along for a full year. We waited and waited for them to respond to our insurance’s request to get a picture of the shingles and after 3 months, they finally told us they don’t have a representative in our area anymore. They had told us to hold out on a partial repair for months while they sort things out with insurance, and now we’re left with the leaky windows and no roof. Thanks for putting us in a worse place than we were before.
Not impressed. Months ago I contacted them to see what could be done, and I let them know that I would contact them when I was ready. Instead of waiting on me to contact them, they sent me numerous messages and called me dozens of times. Sometimes 2-3 times a day. I worked on securing financing, etc and reached out. Now they don’t work on houses under 1600 feet. Whatever. It took them too long to let me even know that this time. I found a reputable company that I feel better using.
Amazing experience with John and his crew! Everyone was very professional and the process was very fast and efficient. They had our large home done in 2 days and the clean up was impeccable. Highly recommend!
