Amazing experience with John and his crew! Everyone was very professional and the process was very fast and efficient. They had our large home done in 2 days and the clean up was impeccable. Highly recommend!
They do excellent work as roofing goes, but are absolutely terrible to their employees and sales staff. Have zero development of staff and expect them to produce from day 1 with little to no coaching. Employees have 15 different people to report to and any of them can decide they don’t like you and get you fired. CEO is convinced no one is developable or coachable, and won’t implement policies to even try and make employees aware of their deficiencies. If they put another flyer on my door I'm not sure what I'll do. They have installed roofs in my neighborhood that leaked after a year.
Signs all around my house but when I called they said they didn't service my roof type... my roof is plain asphalt roof lol. They are a joke.
