Had my roof replaced today and was so impressed with the entire roof claim team. Billy and Anthony did a great job educating me on the process and were thorough when answering my questions- and I had a lot! I was referred to the business by a friend who had her new roof done through the company. Kyle Lamm was with me throughout the whole process, even having to deal with my daughter up North. He answered every question she had to her satisfaction. I am sorry if we drove him crazy! The roofers arrived exactly when Kyle told me they would, Very early & were there until the job was done. There are a lot of roofing companies working in our neighborhood. Evan Whittingham, our representative, visited our home and offered to do the free initial inspection to look for damage to our roof. He was very professional and easy to talk to. He explained the process to me and how it all works. I never felt pressured or uncomfortable with him or the process.
