The whole process was smooth. Kim kept us informed every step of the way and always avaliable for questions. She was absolutely great to work with. Kevin was on-site the day of the install to ensure everything went smoothly. Thank you Kim and Kevin! All the guys on the crew working that day did an amazing job. Had my roof replaced today and was so impressed with the entire roof claim team. Billy and Anthony did a great job educating me on the process and were thorough when answering my questions- and I had a lot! I was especially skeptical when they told me the roof installation would take a day. I have never had a contractor keep such a tight timeline. Every thing Billy says- he does. I was referred to the business by a friend who had her new roof done through the company. Kyle Lamm was with me throughout the whole process, even having to deal with my daughter up North. He answered every question she had to her satisfaction. I am sorry if we drove him crazy! The roofers arrived exactly when Kyle told me they would, Very early & were there until the job was done. Travis was great! He explained everything thoroughly, took his time, and didn't pressure us. He walked us through the process and kept us in the loop with the next steps. He is a professional and our roof looks great! His team was amazing as well. Travis and his team took care of everything.
