I was referred to the business by a friend who had her new roof done through the company. Kyle Lamm was with me throughout the whole process, even having to deal with my daughter up North. Had my roof replaced today and was so impressed with the entire roof claim team. Billy and Anthony did a great job educating me on the process and were thorough when answering my questions- and I had a lot! I was especially skeptical when they told me the roof installation would take a day. I have never had a contractor keep such a tight timeline. Every thing Billy says- he does. There are a lot of roofing companies working in our neighborhood. Evan Whittingham, our representative, visited our home and offered to do the free initial inspection to look for damage to our roof. He was very professional and easy to talk to. He explained the process to me and how it all works. I never felt pressured or uncomfortable with him or the process. Really liked working with Kyle Lamm. He helped me understand the insurance and handled all the claim process. Very professional all through the process. The roof installation was done in one day and very professional team. Amazing work out of the installers. Extremely hard workers. Could not be more pleased.
