Did not show up and stopped answering sms or phone. We were counting on the service for an inspection on a property we were buying and it put tremendous stress on our timelines.Very unprofessional. Do not recommend.
Did not show up 3 times for scheduled appointments. He cancelled the first appointment giving me less than one hours notice but just didn’t turn for the last two. Matt would not answer phone and did not respond to any messages either by myself or his office staff. Very unreliable. If this is an indication of his work ethic then I certainly would not recommend his service (lack of).
I found Matt online and made contact. He came out straight away, gave me an excellent quote, and the job was booked for a week later. Workman arrived on time, replaced my 11m leaking gutter section and left site clean as promised. Matt is an EXCELLENT communicator, and his job was professional from beginning to end. Matt and his team did a great job replacing our old roof. From the initial quotation to the finished product, everything ran smoothly, on time and within budget. The workmanship was amazing, as you'd expect from a tradesman with decades of roofing experience. Matt even organised the removal of the old roof sheets which was great. Highly recommended!
