When Roof Vets first knocked on my door, I was a little nervous. However, their service has been exemplary. Not only did they work with my insurance to get my roof replaced and a really low cost, but afterwards there was a wind storm that blew down the front awning to my house, and they worked with me and the insurance company to try and get that covered. From my experience, this is a company that does help take care of its customers.
Roof Vets and Rhys in particular, did a wonderful job on my mom’s roof. Rhys was thorough and super professional. They took great care in protecting the shrubbery below and were great about clean up. She’s very happy with the result.
The team were all AMAZING! They helped make the process so quick and easy for our first roof replacement. If we ever need another, we will definitely use them and I will be telling others about them. Highly highly satisfied
They won't even give the time of day unless you go thru insurance wanted to pay cash....then thru a high number with out asking how big our house is or getting any information ..not locally owned..
