We had our house roof replaced by Rooftop Innovations out of McGregor, TX. Jon Key did an outstanding job! He worked with us on our insurance and helped us overcome their denial of our initial claim. He stayed on site to supervise the work and went above and beyond what I could have hoped for. I recommend this company without reservation if you want great service and support and a great roof. I would definitely call them again for any future roofing needs.
My experience with these guys was 5 star!! If you are making an insurance claim for your roof choose Rooftop Innovations, these guys handled everything from start to finish AND they were extremely transparent throughout the entire process. I had some requests for the guys to be mindful of irrigation heads as well as gardens surrounding our house and they did an excellent job taking care of my property! Ok, we were a little nervous about doing a roof replacement for the first time. My salesman was Jon Key. He explained everything over the phone and then showed up and explained everything and pointed out all the spots that needed fixed. He was there before his crew showed up and left after they left both days. It was very reassuring someone was there making sure everything that needed done got done. Just recently had to replace my roof and they helped every step of the way they were super patient and very helpful! We got our roof done in just one day and they did an amazing job! Would highly recommend to everyone that is needing a new roof and that doesn't know where to start they can help!
Roof Top Innovations replaced my roof in Sanger Texas after hail storm they did an AWESOME job Andrew and Jonathan were the best from meeting the inspector with us and staying during the roof replacement there crew were efficient and polite they clean up as they go. I love my new roof! Thank You
