Well organised, knowledgeable and friendly staff. A tip, send a clear photo a day earlier and the quantity you want and give them a call and your order will be ready the next day.
Getting ready for solar panels next month and needed some spare roof tiles. I just showed a photo to the staff and she immediately knew which ones I needed. Even though the color was slightly different, the help was spot on and made the process so easy.
Extremely rude, this is not how you treat your clients and customers.

Exceptional service, staff always really helpful, large quantity of stock, old and new, all competitively priced. My go to supplier for tiles, battens and pointing - not forgetting good convo and the odd Mentos.
