I have used Roof Therapy twice now and both times had a great experience. As an owner of a small home, I am often overlooked by companies who prefer bigger jobs. When I had a leak in my roof last year they came out to assess immediately and had it repaired quickly. This year I had to replace the roof on my garage and again they were able to get me booked quickly. They show up when they say they will and work efficiently.
Came over to complete a job per quote. I was advised he could not complete the work as outlined and the price would be 3x the original quoted price. I opted to pay the exorbitant amount for him to start a job and went with another roofer to complete. After paying that roofer and this company, it was still less than if I had stuck with roof therapy at the 3x price
We have had great service and quality work with Roof Therapy since we moved to Washington 12 years ago. We just had a very thorough tune up of our roof, with the older vents replaced and all exposed nails replaced with screws in sealant. Sean did a very professional and thorough job and took time to meet us and to explain how these repairs would prevent any future leaks and help our roof last longer. I highly recommend Roof Therapy ! They are very reasonable for gutter cleaning and moss treatment as well.
Company can organize servicing an entire communities roofs, just keep in mind they'll start weeks after the agreed upon date. Also they might cancel half of the work agreed upon and leave your residents with flooding gutters resulting in roof/ceiling damage. Good news is next year they won't have a large contract to fulfill in this neighborhood so they'll have more time to disappoint everybody else!
