My wife and I are selling our home. The buyers requested a third party inspection. Mr. Gavin Douglas was very professional in letting us know why an inspection was requested. He ensured that he took care in accessing our roof. He completed his inspection and stated that his report would be sent to the buyers realtor and our realtor. Mr. Douglas professionalism was outstanding. I would definitely recommend him for any work to be done.
