Roof Squad came out promptly after hurricane hit the area and provided assessment in details while we couldn't get many responses at the time. After they were hired to do the job, they demonstrated a can-do attitude and great customer care that provided satisfaction and assurance. Their quotes are very detailed and adding clarity to the job that the unprofessional can understand. Highly recommended.
Recently did roof replacement with them and referred to neighbors. Job was done OK but the sales person Ivan was very unprofessional and back and forth with no honesty on his communications. Very disappointing experience.
Roof Squad provided excellent customer service. They took great care to minimize the disruption to our community's daily functioning. They were courteous, conscious, and did a great job of keeping our shared driveway as debris free as possible. Additionally, they were very reasonably priced. Best of all, our roofs look fabulous! All of our homeowners agree we would definitely recommend Roof Squad.
The workers were incredibly efficient and worked hard every day, all day until the job was done. Oscar made sure we all stayed safe and answered our questions promptly. I cannot rave enough about the Roof Squad.
