It took more than a week to get someone out to house to do a walk-around and then get me an estimate. Mason arrived by himself and seemed unsure of the process. During cleaning I had to point out several windows he missed on both inside and outside, After he said he was finishing up I did a walk through and found tracks still dirty and full of crud, dirt and particles on the sills (I assume fell from the screens).
