The company claims to offer premium roof restoration, however, my experience with them has been disappointing. The workmanship is inconsistent. The facts are that the job has not been completed for 4 months. It was initially claimed that the job was completed, but this was not the case. There were broken and chipped tiles that were not replaced. My new gutters have been completely destroyed due to numerous attempts to resolve the issue and have yet to be replaced. I wish we had heeded the advice from previous reviews and not signed on with Roof Seal. In the end, our contract was cancelled by the company as they could not find a contractor willing to take on the job and they retained part of the fee ($260) for several tiles that they had replaced (while we waited for the larger job). Extremely disappointed with the outcome and overall experience.

I was quoted $20000 for a job I've just had finished by a smaller company local to me for $6200. I literally saved $13800 by not using Roof Seal. I could go on but we'll leave it there.
