Great workmanship…Great communication….Great response time…Great after service… couldn’t ask for more.
Very poor customer service.Tom has put the phone down on me when I asked why he hasn't rung to say when he is coming. Seems to think it is odd for the client to want to be at home when he does the work. Seems very good when giving a quote, but hasn't turned up to do the work. I accept that work is weather dependent, but letting people know when you are coming is not.
Excellent highly recommend using the roof seal team. Thanks you tom and the team
