They replaced my roof in 2022. Good job but now having some issues. Tried repeatedly over months to reach them but you can’t leave a message. Stopped at office and no one there. No one answers and salesperson we dealt with is no longer at the company. Don’t know what to do??
We had a ‘so so’ experience with Roof Rx. I won’t get into the cost after Hurricane Ian, but we encountered something recently that I can’t understand. Their roof installers removed the dryer vent and covered it. We have been using our dryer without a proper vent since the install. Our dryer kept shutting off so we thought we needed our dryer duct cleaned. Had someone come out and they discovered the vent had been closed off. We just had to pay for a new vent install. Thank you very much!!!
The company is very unresponsive. I’ve been trying to reach them for a week now calling them every day and haven’t gotten anyone to contact me back. They installed my roof a year and a half ago and now I have a leak and they are ghosting me.
