Kevin, the lead contact person set a great tone for this project. We'd lucked out with our roof, it lasted 17 years and we decided NOT to wait for the next event here to get a new roof. The roofing team showed up on time, they protected our neighbors AC units from damage, the protected our cool crete in the backyard and they worked their butts off for 13+ hrs and returned the next a.m. to finish cleaning up.
