I had an excellent experience with Roof Rescue. Hailee and Diego provided amazing service from start to finish. They were very communicative, polite, professional, and on time. What I appreciated the most was their honesty and transparency. I just signed with Roof Rescue!!! Ceasar is the BEST!! I had 2 other contractors coming over to inspect my roof. After visiting with Ceasar. He was very transparent which made me very comfortable. Pricing is a bit higher than what I anticipated in my budget, (I will work on cutting down some eating out nights) As I am a female disabled veteran on a limited income. We were ready to replace our old turbine attic vents and also needed several boot replacements due to squirrel damage and general wear. I reached out to three local companies and Roof Rescue responded quickly and informatively. Hailee met with us the next day and did a thorough inspection of our roof with video and photos to explain what she saw. Roof replacement negotiations are still on going but I had to leave a 10++ review for Hailee Williams. I’m so impressed with her integrity and willingness to make sure every little detail is worked out to the client’s benefit. She has gone above and beyond trying to be the go between us and the insurance company. It’s been seamless. You have a top notch employee.
