Very responsive paying close attention to details. Roof Rescue has done multiple jobs for me over the years and always deliver on quality and service. On our most recent roof need, Hailee Williams made the process seamless with constant, clear communication.
This is the second posting. The first posting is below. Every part of the roof replacement was seamless. The process was totally handled by Hailee Williams. She dealt with the insurance company and worked extensively to get all of the process approved and funded. She kept me informed and involved but never stressed. Roof Rescue did a wonderful job of helping me with my gutters, fascia repair, and roofing repairs. Torrential rain this spring overtaxed a couple of my 17yo downspouts and revealed a problem with rain leaking off the edge of my second floor roof through a big gap between the edge and the gutter. Other companies were not as responsive to my requests for estimates, and the ones who did seemed more interested in selling me gutter covers.
