Pros- Answered the phone on first try. Cons- People on the phone seem confused and its clearly a small business. Asked for someone to come fix my roof on Tuesday, said they could come by on Friday so I arranged my life for this. Friday they were late to the appointment, no phone calls or any notice after planning my day around this appointment. Tony Ray did an excellent job. He was efficient and made sure he was secure way up in my roof before doing his job. He kept everything neat and clean. I would highly recommend him.
Great team with great communication!
I met with Cesar this afternoon and was very impressed how he went over everything.. all in terms I could understand. This is important to me being an older person. I look forward to getting my roof replaced if everyone is as considerate and knowledgeable as Caesar.
