Had them repair some rust spots and reseal the flashing. Quick turnaround and the finish is really neat. Would use them again.
A few concrete tiles had shifted near the valley. The team re-bedded them, upgraded the underlay in weak spots, and cleaned the solar array. Roof’s secure and generating max power again.
Roof Repairs St Ives were great to deal with. After some heavy rain, I noticed water marks on the ceiling from a few loose tiles. I called them, and they came out the same day to check and quote. They started the repairs a couple of days later, fixed the tiles, and made sure the roof was watertight. The job was done on time and within budget. Really happy with their service, highly recommend.
