Had Roof Repairs quote and carry out the recommended work to address a small leak. When I contacted them again to request a new quote, as the leak was still present, and to get a quote for gutter repairs, the response I received was "Unfortunately we are unable to assist with gutter repairs at this time. Automated response via text message. They came and did the roof inspection, took ages. Now trying to get hold of them is impossible to do the repairs. Email reply from Kate telling me that we have to get the inspection done with them. I replied we did. Can't get any vja phone to speak to someone after adking them via email to call. NOT HAPPY 😡
We had our roof repaired in the November 2024 by Roof Repairs Perth. When it rained July 2025 we found a downpipe cascading onto tiles and water badly damaging the ceiling underneath. Roof Repairs came out and covered the tiles at no extra cost but we are left with a 2m by 2m patch of mould in our gyprock ceiling. We feel we are owed at least partial reimbursement of the $10,000 bill to help fix the ceiling but Roof Repairs has stopped responding to our emails.
