We had our roof repaired in the November 2024 by Roof Repairs Perth. When it rained July 2025 we found a downpipe cascading onto tiles and water badly damaging the ceiling underneath. Roof Repairs came out and covered the tiles at no extra cost but we are left with a 2m by 2m patch of mould in our gyprock ceiling. We feel we are owed at least partial reimbursement of the $10,000 bill to help fix the ceiling but Roof Repairs has stopped responding to our emails.
Had a quote done by Josh & Vince who explained everything to us. Work was done without issues with a team of men. Kate & Courtney in the office kept me up to date with dates/times. Great guys. Thank you. Adam G.

Had requested a quote on roof repair and provided them relevant sections from a comprehensive building inspection report on scope of work on roof repair. Their response is wanting to charge $240 for another roof inspection to quote.
