Edit: this is not a fake review. You claim to have never done a quote for over $40,000 yet I have your quote sitting in front of me that well exceeded that price and is signed off by Vincent. I’d happily post a copy of it if it didn’t contain personal and private information. I did get the quote charge wrong so I apologise for that. Clearly stated in my online message exactly what I was looking for. I’ve had somebody come back to me with no idea of what I said requesting a $240 payment for a quote. Outrageous you cannot even read your messages properly. What sort of work, are you going to do on my roof? I’m disgusted.

Paid $7500 for significant works, only to have them fail literally 2 weeks later and flood our kitchen. We paid for repairs to skylights, and it simply wasn't done. They were moved though so flooding occured. Initially noone would respond to any queries - prior to paying were incredibly quick. The second cash was handed over the service was abysmal.
