This is the second job I have had them do for me. Marvin and Mario were on time, professional, efficient and worked on a very hot day with a smile. They showed me pictures of the work and explained everything they did. Noah, sales rep, made things happen, as always. He went above and beyond to ensure I received a fair quote and helped get me on the calendar in a timely manner. From sales rep to production coordinator to the individuals who did the work, I would highly recommend this Burbank gem of a company!
It was easy to get an appointment and Aaron arrived exactly on time. He was so thorough in his assessment and explained the process really well. He answered all of my questions which gave me confidence in the company and respect for him. He even put 'shoe coverings' on before he walked into my house. Aaron really knows his stuff and he was the only roofer who wanted to see the attic to look for any issues! Honestly, this was one of the best experiences I've had with home repairs.
