UPDATE (4/30/2026) Following my original 5-star review, I wanted to share a recent experience. I initially chose this company for maintenance over a larger competitor. After the quote was provided (first time) and the roof maintenance work was completed, I was told that sealing the rear pipe boots would be an additional charge beyond what had already been quoted, so I declined that portion at that time. We chose this company because they honored the one-year warranty on any repairs, and we appreciated the office staff’s efforts to stand behind their work. The office was always helpful, responsive, and genuinely tried to make things right. Unfortunately, our experience with the subcontractors was very disappointing. Communication between the office and the subcontractors seemed to be lacking throughout the entire process. We had exceptional service from this company. Austin came out to fix an emergency situation, then had Brian and Brian come out the following week to fix other issues we had. They were friendly, professional and showed great customer service. Diane is amazing as well! Thank you!

This company was sent to us from Choice Home Warranty. This is the only thing Choice did right, best roofing company ever! Comparable, fast and efficient. We are super grateful to know of a great roofing company such as Roof Repair and Leak Experts. HIGHLY recommend!
