From the start Roof Raiders kept us informed of what to expect and how to proceed with filing a claim with our insurance for storm damage. Heath met with our adjuster and sent me pictures of what they found that day. Made working with our insurance a breeze. Heath took over the process after I filed my claim. Spoke with several other people through the scheduling and final inspection and everyone went above and beyond. Heath Cole was awesome to work with. He represented Roof Raiders well in a manner that showed care for the customer and getting me the quality I was wanting on replacing my roof. I had a long battle with a leaking roof, and with several rains in the last month, it feels great to not worry about that issue any more. On top of that, the crew did an excellent job on the appearance and cleanup. Thank you Heath and thank you to the crew from Roof Raiders!
