Highly recommend Heath. My insurance company reached out to me about some repairs. Heath came and looked at my roof and was extremely helpful. I'm a first time homeowner so I really appreciated all of his knowledge and advice on what I would need to do in the years to come to keep my roof issues minimal. He even cleaned out my gutters. Great guy!. Again, highly recommend.

An excellent company! Before the sale: Tanner inspected our 25 year old roof, explained our options, and what different products were available. No high pressure sales pitch, no upselling, or trying to get a decision from me right away. Zero pressure. After the sale: The crew was courteous and respectful. They worked hard all day, completely stripping and replacing a 5600 square foot shingled roof. Clean up was very impressive as was their teamwork. Roof Raiders did an excellent job from start to finish! Heath Cole was especially great to work with—very knowledgeable about roofs and patient in explaining everything to us. What really stood out was that he wasn’t trying to push what he wanted to sell, but instead focused on what we wanted and needed. That honesty and professionalism made us feel confident we made the right choice. We’re lucky to have found them and would highly recommend Roof Raiders to anyone needing roofing work

Absolutely fantastic job, needed a new roof for a home listing in Jonesboro. Great customer service and excellent communication. Quote was accurate and house looks amazing.
