Brilliant! Drove from Ballarat as I was sold poorly designed rubbish rhino bike racks for the roof from a dreadful Ballarat company- i took them back to where i bought them from but there was no solution. Then my 10 k road bike almost came off the roof, i bit the bullet and took it here - no regrets. They installed a suitable bike rack, were professional and just good at their job. Came in not knowing anything about roof racks, left still not knowing anything. But it didn’t matter because the team made sure to take care of every little detail and walked us through the whole process making sure we got what we needed for what we were after. We finally were able to take home our kayak and it wouldn’t have been possible without the lovely team here. Can’t recommend them enough.
