Shout out to these guys. Replaced a missing end cap on my roof rack after recent install at a different store, and checked everything out while they were there for me. All with patience and a smile.
After 4mths on outback roads my platform rack had a major rattle\clunk\squeak once the awning and other items where removed. I was advised they could refit the rack and reseal it under warranty from an October 2022 purchase: amazing I thought. On inspection the issue was a factory fitted roof bracket that had sheared off it's mounts: no problem, they manufactured a new mount on the spot, fitted it, sealed it and refitted the rack and I was off in just over an hour and the whole set-up is like brand new: awesome service. extr... read more
