Large selection of roof racks friendly helpful staff
Disappointing experience. The roof rack and tracks were installed quickly but when I went to adjust the rack on the tracks, I noticed two of the hex screws were stripped and unusable. I returned to the store only to find the manager claiming the screws were 'disposable' and 'only meant to be adjusted a couple of times before they failed'. He was as defensive and argumentative. in the end I just walked out. Other staff were good and helped as best they could. Roof racks aren't cheap.
