I have purchased 3 different sets of roof racks and bike mounts from this store over the last few years. Today I called in to buy another bike mount with a plan to buy a product I had researched online. When I explained what i was looking for, Tom and Kerrie suggested another option that better suited my application and was half the price. Thanks Guys, you saved me a couple of hundred $$. Great knowledge and experience.

Great experience with Roof Rack City Hunter Valley. They answered the phone on a Saturday and took the time to confirm stock levels and make sure I was getting the right parts. The advice was genuinely helpful and not just about making a quick sale. Shipping to Sydney was incredibly fast — it arrived the next day — and everything was packed and boxed up really well. It’s the kind of service that reminds you why it pays to support family-owned businesses. Would definitely order from them again.

I can’t rate Roof Rack City high enough their customer service, product knowledge and pricing is first class. Even after the purchase of the roof racks for my daughter’s Mitsubishi ASX there assistance was above what I would have expected from a business. I wish there was more stores around like this family run company, well done Roof Rack City , Hunter Valley.
