Unfortunately, my experience with Five Roof Paramedics was not a good one. From the beginning, communication was inconsistent, and it was difficult to get clear answers about scheduling and scope of work. The job took longer than expected, and the results did not meet the standards I was led to expect.

I would not use Five Roof Paramedics again. The service did not live up to their claims, and follow-through was lacking. Communication was frustrating, deadlines slipped, and problems had to be chased instead of proactively handled. This was a stressful and disappointing experience overall, and I would recommend looking elsewhere.

If I could give ZERO stars to this business I would. DO NOT USE THIS BUSINESS - YOU WILL BE RIPPED OFF AND LIED TO. Unscrupulous, dishonest scammers. I doubt the reviews giving 5 stars are honest reviews. Unfortunately, I used this business for my roof repair, downpipe replacement and gutter repair. Raza came to my home twice before I accepted the quote. I specifically stated what I wanted done to fix the leaks where the iron overlaps. The foam that was used years ago had worn away over time. Poor standard of workmanship, garden and yard left full of debris, owner not interested in resolving problem or keeping any form of contact with house owner. Having to employ another roofer to sort it out. The work they did certainly did not match what was advertised on his website. I can supply full pictures of the re-pointing and mess they left, I would not use.

We had a problem with our flat roof which was still under guarantee and called them up to advise them of the problem that was in February someone came out had a look and said he would be in touch many phone calls later he still didn't come out to do work that was needed. Even though he said he would. It is now June and work still not carried out We have had to go to another roofer firm to get work done . Would not recommend.
